Why is my booking capability as a customer suspended?

Your booking capability may be suspended once the system note that you made 3 last minute cancellations ( 24 hours of service date) or registered as "No Show" on the service date. This suspension will automatically lift itself after a month.

The reason for this is to protect the general interest of the service providers who has set aside time and resources to attend to your booking.
