Why do I need to prove my identity to offer services in the marketplace?

Our goal is to deliver a safe lifestyle services marketplace and reduce fraud and pranking incidents. As such, independent service providers are required to provide proof of their legal identity ( e.g. National ID, Driver's Licence), identification details and also agree to our Trust and Safety Standards through StageManager portal.

Furthermore, legal identity proof is required if you wish to collect payment by credit card (Automated Marketplace Payout).

At our discretion, we may also call up independent service providers for further verification.

Providing false identification details WILL result in termination of your account under our Terms of Service.
