What are the penalities for last minute cancellation or "No Show" ?

Our system registered all last minute cancellations ( 24hours before service date) and "No Show" events by the customer or the independent service provider.

When 3 such incidents are noted against the customer or the independent service provider, the below penalties occurs automatically.

For the customer, their booking capability is suspended for a month.

For the independent service provider, they need to pay a small token fine (about SGD$10) to re-enable their ability to take service bookings.
